Our Founding President
Apostle John Ebegbuna is a lover of Jesus Christ. He is the president of Firebrand International Gospel Missions and the General Overseer of Tree of Life International Churches with branches in several nations.
Apostle John Ebegbuna is man of great spiritual depth, joy and passion, and a gifted communicator under the strong hand of God and a ministry confirmed with signs, wonders and miracles. He loves people and desires to see them come to their full stature in Christ. While overseeing several churches and spearheading new works, he still creates time for individuals who needs mentoring. He is a sought after conference speaker with a strong word from God about Christian lifestyle. The Lord confirms his ministry with signs, wonders and miracles.
His ministry holds crusades, pastors' and leadership training seminars all over the world and plants churches.
He is happily married to Rev Stella Ebegbuna, a season servant of God.
In 1991, our President, Apostle John Ebegbuna had a revelation of a blind and dying world. He saw millions of people, both Christians and none Christians moving on a road that ends in destruction and he was given a mandate by the LORD to call them back to the right way (Matthew 7:13-15, 21-23).
Apostle John Ebegbuna submitted the vision to the church leadership that he was under and after being being ordained and released he moved into the field; holding evangelistic outreaches, preaching in churches, conferences, buses etc. He met his wife Rev Stella Ebegbuna, a God fearing, church planter and fiery soul winner in 1992 and the two of them started using their gifts together.
The word of God in Isaiah 6:8 said "Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me" Like Isaiah, we at Firebrand International Gospel Missions (FIGM) have heard the voice of the Lord and we are responding, Here we are, send us!
